By creating an account or using Monitor My Air, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Monitor My Air is

Monitor My Air is an educational library, a community of members, and optional consulting. We help you understand your home, your air, and your health in plain English.

What we are not: we are not a medical provider, a law firm, or a professional home inspection or engineering service. Nothing here is medical, legal, or professional inspection advice. Please read our Medical & Professional Disclaimer.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe and don't share your login.
• Accounts are for one person — please don't share a single account across multiple people.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Community conduct

The community only works if people are decent to each other. When you post, please:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, or personal attacks.
• No spam, scams, or advertising.
• No illegal content or anything that violates someone else's rights.

We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or harm the community.

Memberships and billing

Paid memberships are recurring — monthly or annual — and billed automatically through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel anytime. For details on cancellations and refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The library content — articles, guides, and materials we create — belongs to Monitor My Air. Your membership is for your own personal use. Please don't copy, redistribute, resell, or republish our content. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us permission to display it within the community.

Disclaimers

Everything on Monitor My Air is educational. We don't guarantee any particular outcome for your home or your health. Your situation is unique, and information here is a starting point — not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Monitor My Air isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Decisions you make about your home and health are your own, ideally made with the right licensed professionals.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. If we end your access without cause, we'll handle any billing fairly under our Refund Policy.

Governing law
